Wondering what to expect
when we arrive at your location?
We'll be arriving one hour before your serving time to get set up and get the cooking started.

All you have to do is answer the door, get yourself a beverage and we'll take care of the rest.
Just a few quick reminders:

First, take a look at the menu (above). Please contact us ASAP if you have any changes or additions to the menu. (Did you get the cornbread muffins? Snow Crab is looking really good!) We are happy to make any changes up to 48 hours prior to your event.

In the event of inclement weather- we boil! All we need is a small space to cook under cover.

If parking is an issue, please allow some space for us to unload coolers and equipment.

Got a gate code? If your address is in a gated community please provide the access code for us to enter.
